You’re building a product for ministry, church, or faith-driven organizations — and you’ve hit the ceiling of what you can figure out alone. The roadmap is contested, the AI strategy is unclear, the team is misaligned, or the product has drifted from the mission that justified its existence in the first place.
I’ve spent years inside these problems. I’ve led product at one of the largest digital Bible platforms in the world, built curriculum tools used by tens of thousands of ministry volunteers, and advised teams navigating the intersection of product strategy, technology, and mission-driven purpose. I know what breaks at scale in faith-tech, and I know how to fix it.
Who I Work With
I consult with product leaders, ministry executives, and church tech teams who need a practitioner — not a generalist consultant — who understands both the product discipline and the faith-driven context. My clients include:
- Faith-tech product leaders who need a thought partner on strategy, roadmap prioritization, or AI adoption
- Ministry executives evaluating technology investments or trying to understand whether their current platform is serving their mission
- Church tech teams building internal tools, selecting vendors, or scaling products to serve larger networks
- Founders and product managers at startups building for the ministry, Christian education, or church market
What I Help With
AI Product Strategy
Most faith-tech teams are under pressure to “do something with AI” without a clear framework for where AI actually belongs in their product. I help teams cut through the noise: which problems AI is genuinely suited to solve, where the cost and risk exposure is, how to build the team mindset that makes adoption stick, and what guardrails prevent your AI features from undermining user trust.
Product Strategy and Roadmap
Inherited a roadmap you don’t trust? Building a strategy that needs to survive stakeholder scrutiny? I work with product leaders on the hard structural questions: which problems are worth solving, which metrics actually measure mission fidelity, how to say no to the right things, and how to align a team around a product direction that holds under pressure.
Mission-Aligned Governance
Faith-tech products drift. Growth pressure, funding conversations, and feature requests all push products away from their founding promise. I help organizations build the governance structures, accountability rhythms, and mission metrics that keep purpose visible at every stage of growth — without sacrificing the business discipline that makes the mission sustainable.
Team Leadership and Organizational Design
With a Doctorate in Strategic Organizational Leadership, I bring academic rigor to the practical challenges of building and leading product teams in mission-driven organizations. I work with leaders on team structure, hiring criteria, decision-making frameworks, and building the culture that retains the people who make the product good.
How Engagements Work
I work in three modes depending on what you need:
- Advisory retainer — Ongoing monthly engagement for leaders who want a consistent thought partner. Typically 2–4 hours per month of calls, async review, and strategic input.
- Project engagement — Defined scope work on a specific challenge: roadmap review, AI strategy development, governance framework design, or product audit. Typically 4–8 weeks.
- Workshop or speaking — Half-day or full-day workshops for leadership teams, or keynote/session speaking at conferences and retreats on product strategy, AI adoption, and mission-driven product leadership.
